Support youth opportunity

Put opportunity within reach.

Teckhula Foundation is a technology-driven nonprofit initiative helping unemployed young people discover pathways into work, skills development, entrepreneurship and economic opportunity.

A degree should not be the only doorway to opportunity. We believe young people need better access to information, digital tools, networks and practical pathways — whether they are graduates, school leavers, TVET students or looking for their first opportunity.

The challenge

47.4%

youth unemployment rate (ages 15–34) in Q2 2026.

36.4%

of young people aged 15–24 are not in employment, education or training.

The problem is bigger than a CV.

Young people can struggle to find work because opportunity information is fragmented, work experience is limited, digital access can be uneven and many opportunities are difficult to discover.

Teckhula Foundation is being built around a simple idea: use technology and partnerships to make useful opportunity information easier to discover and act on.

Graduates

Career opportunities, professional development, employment resources and networks.

Non-graduates

Work opportunities, learnerships, skills development, entrepreneurship and practical pathways.

Where support goes

Build access, not just awareness.

Support can help us develop the technology, resources and programmes required to make youth opportunity easier to find, understand and pursue.

01

Opportunity discovery

Better digital tools for finding jobs, learnerships, internships, training and other opportunities.

02

Skills & readiness

Practical resources that help young people prepare for applications, interviews, work and entrepreneurship.

03

Digital access

Technology that makes useful information easier to reach, navigate and act on.

04

Partnerships

Collaboration with organisations that can create pathways into work, skills development and economic participation.

Don't wait for one website

Opportunity already exists. We want more young people to find it.

Teckhula Foundation does not need to reinvent every existing youth employment service. We can also point young people toward credible platforms and programmes that are already helping people access work and learning opportunities.

The Teckhula approach

Find it. Understand it. Go for it.

We want young people to spend less time wondering where opportunity is and more time preparing for it, applying for it and building something from it.
